Learning & Development
Our L&D programme is fundamental to our journey towards mitigating risks and enhancing operational efficiencies. By empowering our team with continuous learning opportunities, we cultivate a culture of expertise and adaptability.
The board oversees auditor independence. The system of internal controls is delegated to the Leadership Team who ensure appropriate controls are in place for effective governance and robust financial management.
The Leadership Team is responsible for ensuring Iconic has an appropriate risk management framework in place. Our risk framework includes assessing market, financial, and operational risk, contractual obligations, compliance & regulatory.
Balanced Leadership Team
Iconic consistently evaluates its management structures and teams. Our leadership team proudly achieves a perfect gender balance, with an equal representation of fifty percent female and fifty percent male members.
Delving into the data behind workplace well-being in Ireland, earlier this year SilverCloud hosted a live seminar on the challenges of workplace mental health in Ireland, with our own Chief Property Officer Eoin Joy on the panel.
