Bees & Biodiversity
We are proud to install beehives at our workspaces, playing a vital role in enhancing biodiversity and the environment. By nurturing bee populations, we can contribute to healthy habitats and sustainable local agriculture.
Bicycle Facilities
We are committed to providing bicycle facilities at our workspaces including storage units, repair stations and washrooms where possible, encouraging members and staff to take the environmentally friendly commute to work.

Biophilic design seamlessly weaves nature into our spaces, benefiting both members and the environment. Integrating natural elements, such as light, plants, and local materials, reduces energy usage, and enhances air and water quality.

Ecoset Partnership
We’ve recently partnered with Ecoset, a sustainable, Irish-owned company creating high-quality on-the-go products from water bottles to coffee cups to wine tumblers. Their products are now available for purchase at Iconic locations.
Third Party Suppliers
Selecting cleaning and waste management partners such as MCR Group and KeyGreen, who are known for sustainability leadership is important to us. This ensures top-tier services are aligned with our own sustainability practices.
Building Fit-Outs
As our portfolio of office space grows, so does our utility consumption and carbon footprint. To enhance sustainability, we collaborate closely with contractors, focusing on best practices that align with our own sustainability goals.
Metering of Buildings
We have implemented smart meters to cut energy, save costs, and gauge carbon emissions in buildings. These smart meters also allow us to measure emissions associated with our buildings and set targets to reduce our carbon footprint.
Work Equal Collection
For the month of March, we were delighted to hold a clothing collection in aid of WorkEqual, whose mission is to support women's independence when returning to the workplace.
